We collect personal information solely for legitimate commercial fulfillment, invoicing, and contract performance, including:

• Contact identification: Full name, company/organization name, email address, WhatsApp/phone number.
• Order & Deliverable brief details: Project scopes, scripts, raw assets, technical requirements, and communication logs.
• Account credentials: Client Portal username and hashed access tokens.

2. Payment Security & Stripe Processing

Card payments on this website are processed directly and securely via Stripe. All transaction data is encrypted in transit and at rest adhering to PCI-DSS Service Provider Level 1 compliance.

3. Client Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure (NDA)

All project briefs, scripts, raw video footage, branding files, and software code provided to our team are treated as Strictly Confidential. We do not sell, rent, or trade client personal information or proprietary creative assets to any third party for marketing purposes.

4. Data Access, Correction & Deletion Rights
